Rehearsal Dinner

Dear Chef Allan, I wanted to share this picture of you and Elizabeth at the wedding rehearsal dinner you did for us on the Big Bear Queen. I can’t help but imagine that working in that small space on a moving boat had some challenges, but you both carried it off beautifully. We had so many compliments from our twenty five guests about the delicious food and cheerful service. I really wanted to create a relaxed moment for the wedding party, as the next day was going to be so intense for them. You understood my priorities from the first time we talked and that helped me too.
 
I hope we have a chance to work together again some time. You are tops in my book.
