To Whom It May Concern, 

My name is Ingrid Dorantes and I recently had the opportunity to employ Chef Allan Arkin for a very special birthday party for my husband’s daughter; her Quinceañera, which in the States would be the equivalent of a sweet 16.  We are from the San Diego area and drove up to Big Bear Mtn with a party of 20 people which all attended the meal Chef Allan prepared for us.

I was very impressed on the way things were clearly communicated from the beginning and seen through as such.  Chef Allan goes out of his way to make you feel that your banquet will be just as you wish and need.  We did all communicating through calls and emails; no testing menu was done due to the long distance impediment.   Nevertheless, the entire service and meal was delightful.  It was a complete full course meal and everything was prepared and served by the Chef and his team.   I am a Pastry and Baking Chef graduated from Cordon Bleu in Pasadena and I am aware of the importance of high quality products required for that exquisite flavor we all look for and enjoy so much.  Like so, Chef Allan clearly met all my expectations on an all-around basis and we greatly thank him for making such an important family event as memorable as possible. 

I highly recommend Chef Allan and his team and would gladly request his services again for future events.
